7 night minimum stay required.  Reservations for less than 7 days will only be accepted 30 days prior to arrival.

Check in time is 4:00 pm.

Check out time is 11:00 am.

All rates are subjected to a 11.9% lodging tax.

Bookings are not reserved until the required deposit of first nights room and tax is received and a rental contract is retuned signed.  The remainder of the balance will be due 30 days prior to check in.

Any cancelations will forfeit the deposit amount.  If a cancelation is made 30 days prior to check in then the entire payment amount will be forfeited.

An authorization of $500 will be made on the credit card used for payment at the time of check in.  In the event that there is breakage or damage to the furnishings, appliances, electronics equipment or fixtures the lessee agrees to pay for all damages.  If any items are found to be missing after check out the Lessee agrees to pay replacement cost of the said missing items.

Please note that no smoking, no pets and no loud parties are allowed.  Any violation will result in a $500 fine or more if deemed necessary by management.

You must be 21 or older to book. Persons under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please be advised that internet and cable services are provided by a third party. On occasion, the service may malfunction.

Renters assume all risks related with the operation off all equipment in the unit.  Including but not limited to: Stove, oven, microwave small appliances and electrical.
